Save any public Instagram post

Reels, videos, photos, albums, stories and profile pictures. Paste a link, get the file.

Public posts only. Nothing is stored on our servers.

This is a link-in, file-out tool. You paste the address of a public Instagram post and it hands back the original media file at the resolution Instagram served it — not a screenshot, not a re-encode, not a watermarked copy.

Nothing is stored here. The file passes through the server on its way to your device and is gone the moment the transfer finishes. There is no account to create and nothing to install, on any operating system.

Each media type has its own page with instructions specific to it, because copying a Story link works differently from copying a Reel link. Pick the one that matches what you are trying to save.

How it works

  1. 01 Copy the link Open the post in the Instagram app, tap the share icon, then choose Copy link.
  2. 02 Paste it here Paste the link into the box at the top of this page. It starts fetching as soon as you paste.
  3. 03 Save the file Press Download. The file saves straight to your device — no account, no app install.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install. Paste a link and download.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. On iOS the file lands in the Files app by default; move it to Photos from there if you want it in your camera roll.

Can I download from a private account?

No. Only posts that are visible to the public without logging in can be fetched. Private content stays private.

Are the files reduced in quality?

No. You get the same file Instagram delivers to its own app. If a reel was uploaded at 1080p, you get 1080p.

Is there a limit?

There is a fair-use cap per day to keep the service fast for everyone. Ordinary use will never reach it.

Do you keep the links I paste?

Links are held in a short-lived cache so repeat requests are instant, then discarded. Nothing is tied to you.
