Instagram Video Downloader
Feed videos and long uploads, saved as MP4 at source quality.
Not every Instagram video is a Reel. Videos posted to the main feed, and the long-form uploads that used to live under IGTV, all use different link formats — a feed video sits under /p/ while a long upload sits under /tv/. This page accepts all of them.
The output is a plain MP4 that any player, editor or phone gallery will open. There is no proprietary container and no DRM wrapper to work around.
Longer videos naturally take longer to transfer. A twenty-minute upload can be several hundred megabytes, so use Wi-Fi if you are on a metered connection.
How it works
- 01 Copy the link Open the video post in the Instagram app, tap the share icon, then choose Copy link.
- 02 Paste it here Paste the link into the box at the top of this page. It starts fetching as soon as you paste.
- 03 Save the file Press Download. The file saves straight to your device — no account, no app install.
Questions
What is the difference between this and the Reels page?
Only the link format. Reels use /reel/ addresses; feed and long-form videos use /p/ and /tv/. Either page will redirect you correctly if you paste the wrong kind.
Is there a length limit?
No fixed limit, though very long uploads are large files and may take a few minutes to transfer.
Can I pick the quality?
Instagram usually publishes a single rendition per upload. When more than one is offered, each appears as its own row with its dimensions listed.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes. Copy the address out of the browser bar on the post page and paste it here.
